Your Workplace
With a freshly uncorked bottle of Mate, you start right into your daily doing. To get started, you quickly check your mails and see if your colleagues have chosen you for code review again. Then you take a look at the Kanban board and see which feature you want to implement next. Your fingers are already tingling to finally switch to the backend, because that is your world. As a Master of Golang you have no problem finding your way around. For lunch, you and your team go to the cozy coffee kitchen. Afterwards, you quickly submit a pull request for the new feature and keep your fingers crossed that the build will hopefully be successful. Before your well-deserved end of work day, your boss calls you once again and tells you about the latest visions. Is there a new project on the horizon?

Your Qualifications
You feel comfortable in the backend and have found your routine in development. In the project, however, you also look beyond the edge of your desk and keep an eye on the big picture. As the ace of finding solutions in your team, you can get involved in several parts of the project – from architecture to development. You love it when structure, design, content, and functionality come together in reliable code. So if you’re more of a doer than a follower, it’s best to apply right now!
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with NoSQL databases and understanding of their underlying concepts
- Proficient with public clouds (especially experience with AWS)
- Knowledge of common software architecture patterns and domain-driven approaches
- Experience with setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines

- Allrounder to develop backend APIs and services (3+ years of experience)
- Ability to write reliable, modular, and easy to test code
- High self-demand for clean architecture and code quality
- Initial experience with Golang (you’ll encounter this most often in our backend)
