Your workplace

After you have tapped yourself a fresh hot drink, you start directly into your daily doing. As an customer success manager and event supervisor for our event organizers, you will support them in setting up new or existing events in our system. Creating events, room plans, price lists, layouts, contingents and stores – will be one of your core tasks. In the afternoon you will have one or two nice phone calls, during which you will actively advise and support our customers. In the evening, you will briefly update the knowledge base for more automation in customer support and then sit back and relax. Hey, and next week the next event is already on the horizon, which you will successfully accompany off- or online.


Your qualifications

You call yourself an event manager, bachelor, master, business administrator (training and / or studies) or say as a career changer your qualifications meet our requirements for an customer success manager? Then apply and let’s talk about your experiences of the last years. If you already come from the world of (event) ticketing or from an IT field, you have already set the right course. As a career changer in this exciting sector, we require at least a high affinity for software and event topics. Your eloquence and your sensational writing style in German and English enable you to present yourself confidently to our customers every day.
