As an customer success manager and event supervisor for our event organizers, you will support them in setting up new or existing events in our system. Creating events, room plans, price lists, layouts, contingents and stores – will be one of your core tasks. In the afternoon you will have one or two nice phone calls, during which you will actively advise and support our customers. In the evening, you will briefly update the knowledge base for more automation in customer support and then sit back and relax. Hey, and next week the next event is already on the horizon, which you will successfully accompany off- or online.
