Your accreditation process
Fill your database with partners, service providers, or employees.
The database gives you an overview of available or returned work cards at any time, allowing you to quickly reschedule or reorganize quotas as needed. You can view the entire season as a whole or consider each event individually.
Easily create and assign permissions.
Group your services into categories and divide your event location into restricted access zones. Completely customized and tailored to your event organization.
Each ticket can then be assigned to the corresponding zone or category in the booking, which also transfers the respective authorizations.
This allows you to plan visitor flows before the event, which avoids confusion on the day of the event and increases comfort for all participants.
Share work cards as printouts or digitally.
For a quick solution, tickets can be sent digitally by email and used for check-in without any printing required. Alternatively, or in addition, you can use printed work cards (as plastic cards or on paper). Here you have the option of processing the cards individually or as a batch print.
